had our last netball trainin..im late again lo. wth. i tot i came earlier. or i walked too slowly. haix. not as tired as yesterdae thou. i injured maii finger again! ahh. pain sia. 1 on e left other on e right. e right hand de iz..erm. a cut bah. coz yesterdae i went 2 wash maii nail polish..e skin too thin le den e remover went inside lo. our sec 3 seniors had a match wit sec4swill we did conditioning[medicine ball n 500 skips]..18 - 22. sec4 seniors won. but it quite obvious lah. but we actually thought e sec3s would win. coz e sec4 havent played at all when dey were preparing 4 their o lvls. dey hav a lot of mo qi .. of coz lah. dey hv been playin for 4 years oreadi.. aniwaes, if sec3s didnt hv those mistakes n all dey might win dem.. coach wasnt vv happy.. e sec4 seniors was lik shouting n all during e match. duh. if e sec3s did dey dey would die long ago. so now our team bcame so no life de.. haix. e sec1s oso played wit e seniors[sec4] . 1-5. miie n serern didnt plae, so we do e statistics lor. yep.. when we r dismissed, i tok 300 to sunshine place dere 2 buy kappa shoes wit se.. she hlped miie 2 pay for it 1st coz i didnt bring maii $$.. 2dae we had our netball training as usual..i was late. not really. juz on time bah. when i reach tt time dey were lining up at e parade square. yeah. so we do e runs lo. i didnt get 2 rest b4 running n i kept puffin lik hell lor. i felt as if im gona die man. terrible. when i was doin tt damn swings maii whole body turned jelly oreadi. but i was saved by maii water! hahas..got some sorta giddy..its lik when u sit down den u suddenly get up den u feel e giddiness. izit coz by ping xue? i 4got. dey did e 2 person ball drills.. after tt dey played match lor. it was rainin vv heavily. or. quite heavy. miie, shanice n ser ern were playing wit e ball in e canteen. when dey come back their clothers r UBER wet. omg. how can u plae in e rain when e ball iz so wet n e rain blocks ur view. ok. wadeva. dey can even grab e ball when its so slippery. hmm. after tt. we did indoor drills. n blablahblah.

cpu was sent for repair yesterdae. n now im using maii old 1 which iz vvvv slow. e com iz lik lagging n oso takes a vv long time 2 load ! wth lah. e stupid cpu siao 1 lor. keep having blockouts. -e whole com can switch off ani time ! its vv random 1 lorr. smtimes u can use it 4 hrs n smtimes u cant even use it 4 30mins ?? haiiya. juz pray hard tt e cpu will b repaired tmr. lolx.

netball again. owaes updated on netball. hehes. i juz switched off e com 2 prevent maii bro frm watching. LOL. its lame thou. hmm. netball was.. okok. not as tiring. we did e running n all 2 brush up e speed of our drives.. we did e centre pass after doin e zigzag drill. coach asked e c div 2 do 5 perfect consecutive pass with e pass goin in.. n its lik after million years. we haven completed. LOl. e most we had done was 3 consecutive pass. we lik so pathetic liddat. rest 2 times still cannot finish. lolx. seems lik e coach was in a happy mood. =] if its e normal kinda dae.. she wldnt let us rest until we hav completed e passes. she oso showed us wad e B div did.. hmm. we plaed match when we hav rested enuf. err. i oni played 1/4... we skipped 300 times n ran 6 laps 2 end off e trainin. n i was lagging bhind during e skipping. coz e skippin rope was tangled lik siao n e gap between e soles owaes makes miie trip every few skips lah. n was kena wip by e rope man. maii hand looks as if its being cane ! feel lik killing e skippin rope sia. n u noe wad ! i ran in e rain. wth man. i cld hv cheated! but i didnt. im too HONEST oreadi. lolx. end up having disadvantage. tts maii prob le lor. hahas..

we were let of vv late tdae. no. it shld b our "normal" dismissal time oreadi..for e holidaes at least. HAIX. every training 4 hrs.. WTH?!?! tt time afternoon prac make miie late 4 piano u noe. 15min = $8.25[LOL] . time iz precious. so iz money. she owes miie $8.25 !! lolx... n on t dae i hav 2 call maii parents 2 fetch miie dere lorr. WITH THE SMELLY CLOTHES IM WEARING. wth. actually wont b late but bcoz of her NAGING [no offence but...] i was delayed. HOW PRO CAN SHE B? haiix. n WORST still. we ran SIX rounds around e sch in total. no. it should b ran 4 e 1st 2 rounds n walked all e way. BUT how can she do dis..[no. coz 4 ppl were late.so we had 2 run 4 XTRA rounds] she said tt we nided at least 24 hrs 2 recover b4 we can run another 2.4 tt time. n now, we ran another 4 more rounds after a break which wasnt even 3mins. n everybody was lik walkin n all. except 4 some whu had vv gd staminal. after tt was e conditioning. [physical trianin.] we were suppose 2 b doin situps, pushups n bench thing. 12 times each. 3 sets. n do some excersises where u pass e medcine ball. n se tok e 1 which iz heavier. 4kg. n we had 2 use more strength lah.
